Build a package around what you actually sell
No fixed menu
Sponsorship of Megawatt Kenya is put together around the conversation you want to have, not sold as a price list with logos attached. Some companies want their name on the conference; some want a room where their own customers can be hosted away from the stands; some want a single session in front of the people who write the specifications.
So the first step is a short exchange rather than a form: tell the team which part of the show suits your product, who you want in the room, and what you want to come away with. A package is drawn from that.
The 2027 sponsorship menu is still being finalised, which means the elements below can be combined in ways the menu for a settled edition would not allow. Ask for the version current on the day you write, and it will say plainly what is still open.
What a package can carry
Presence through the show
Your mark on this website, on the signage inside the Bomas halls, and in the programme printed for the edition.
A place on the programme
A session, a panel seat or the chair of a discussion in the conference that runs alongside the exhibition.
Space for your own guests
Hospitality or a meeting room at the venue, so your team can host customers without standing in the aisle.
Meetings before the doors open
Your stand team is included in the matchmaking that puts buyers into diaries ahead of the first morning.
Questions about sponsorship
Is sponsorship separate from a stand?
They are separate contracts, and plenty of partners take both. A sponsorship can also be taken without exhibition space if the thing you want is the conference or the hospitality rather than a position on the plan.
Can we sponsor something specific?
Ask. The registration area, the conference stage and the meeting area are the usual candidates, but a proposal that fits the show is worth a conversation even if it is not on the list.
